Sabrina BarnhartSabrina Barnhart - Sales Manager
Sabrina brings 20 years of direct sales and network marketing experience to NorthBay and is excited about selling something that makes a difference in the young people's lives. As an Air Force dependent, Sabrina grew up on military bases around the world where she learned to be confident and comfortable with all kinds of situations and people. This has proven to be a valuable asset for Sabrina as she deals with the many different school systems, corporate groups, churches, and youth organizations who inquire about NorthBay.

In addition to her work at NorthBay, Sabrina currently runs a large e-commerce marketing firm/business that spans the United States and several foreign countries. When she is not at NorthBay, you will find her with her husband, educating and mentoring their own children, in addition to many other independent business owners, in the areas of developing confidence and leadership. Sabrina finds much joy in bringing out the best in people!

She gets a kick out of the time she spends volunteering at her local senior citizen recreation center, laughing at her kids growing up, and gathering around her kitchen island with food that she's cooked for her family and friends. Sabrina and her husband, Rich, have been married for 19 years and reside in northern Virginia with their two children, Sarah and Ricky.

Pat DinglePat Dingle, Adventure Coordinator
Pat Dingle is the Adventure Coordinator for NorthBay. He is responsible for providing adventure activities that are both challenging and exciting, while limiting risk. NorthBay provides activities that challenge people to use their intellectual ability to overcome emotional responses. The adventure experience plays a pivotal role in both our Education and Guest Programs. We create opportunities for students and guests to assert their empowerment, while flying down the zip-line, swinging over the bay or taking one step at a time on the ropes course. Pat is also part of the Guest Services team and works directly with many of our rental groups to ensure they have a great experience.

Pat has over 15 years' experience in youth outreach within organizations like Young Life and NorthBay. Pat has been a Young Life Area Director in Western Maryland and was also the Director of Earth Treks Climbing Center in Timonium, which is one of the most successful climbing gyms in the country. Pat was raised in Catonsville, MD and considers himself a true-blue Marylander. Pat loves the outdoors and is often found rock climbing, sailing or fly fishing. Pat roots for both the O's and the Ravens and loves catching a game with family and friends when he gets the chance.
