This form gives us all the specific details surrounding your weekend/event. As the exclusive group, you have the ability to customize your weekend by choosing the schedule for your mealtimes, your free time for adventure activities and whether you would like the Frog Spit Café or NorthBay Trading Post open. NorthBay is essentially your camp for the weekend and we staff accordingly based on the information you provide on this form. Please attach your completed schedule when sending it back to us.

This form helps us coordinate event details between multiple groups sharing the facility for the weekend. All mealtimes & activity times are predetermined. We will coordinate schedules accordingly based on the information you provide on this form. Please provide your desired schedule for the weekend, and your guest service host will coordinate details with you. Please also include the names of your doctor, nurse or EMT, work crew boss, your most recent contact information, male/female bunking breakdown…etc. Your guest services host will coordinate housing and meeting space with you based on the other groups attending that weekend.

These forms assist you in determining “who will stay where” for the weekend.

Upper Part of Camp – The Roost
The Kestrel section of The Roost contains 17 “hotel-style” rooms which come with a kitchenette and a private bathroom. These rooms are all numbered and groups usually reserve these rooms for individuals that require special housing. (i.e. the camp speaker, doctor, families, camp manager) There are 13 rooms set up with two twin beds, and 4 rooms with the ability to accommodate one king size bed or two twin beds, so just let us know which set-up you would prefer for your weekend.

The Goshawk section of The Roost contains 8 bunk rooms (96 available beds). Typically user groups house the work crew in this section, although this is also a great place to house campers if you have filled up all the available beds on lower camp. If you are coordinating different areas, the general housing form may be an asset to you. If you are doing individual registrations, our specific housing form can assist you in assigning specific campers in each room.

Lower Part of Camp – Cabin Housing
At the lower part of the camp, we have 36 cabins that bunk 10 individuals each. If your group is larger than our bunking capacity, we have 70 pull-out mattresses available to accommodate you. Please let us know how we can assist you with your housing coordination.
